POLICIES 

When you make a Booking, you accept the applicable policies of the Hotel.  

Reservation: When you make reservation, you will be expected to deposit 100% of the room rate immediately, without which, the reservation automatically expires with 2 hours. 

Deposits: Deposits guarantees your reservation for the specific dates, upon check in you must pay for your entire stay to guarantee continuous availability of your room. 

Cancellation: 7 days before check in attracts free cancellation, 48 hours before check in attracts 50% cancellation fee and day of check in attracts 80% cancellation fee. I suggest cancellation made 24hrs before check-in should be free the 48hr prior to cancellation is high handed sort of

No Show: Attracts 100% of deposit. 

Damage: Damage to hotel property attracts outright replacement with same product and quality. Breakables such as drinking glasses and food plates are exempted but wilful damage shall attract full replacement. 

Smoking: Smoking is PROHIBITED in all the rooms, bar areas, restaurant, reception areas, defaulters shall be charged a clean-up fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50,000.00) per incident. 

Age Limit: Only Adults shall be provided with our services. 

Unruly guest: For the safety and comfort of all guest and staffs, unruly behaviour within the hotel premises is FORBIDDEN, defaulters will be handed over to law enforcement agents and check out, upon checked out in the circumstance, all deposit are non-refundable. 

Security Concern: Where guest pose security threat to others, hotel reserved the rights to check out such guest and report such guest to law enforcement agents, in this circumstance, all deposits are non-refundable. 

Debt: Guest are not allowed to owe the hotel except corporate guests with prior arrangements. 

Early Check in: Subject to availability, check in time starts from 2pm, early check in will attract 50% of room rate. 

Later Check out: Check out is 11am,( I suggest  check out time should be left for 12 noon )late check out will attract 50% of room rate until 4pm, after that full rate shall apply. 

Date change: Subject to availability, dates rate shall apply.
